TEACHING AND CURRICULUM WRITING

  • Educator & Special Projects Developer, Salvadori Center, New York, NY (2018 – 2023)

Taught and developed STEAM programming for students K-12. Managed program materials and communications with program sites. Wrote, filmed and edited remote learning and social media videos, including 22 segments aired on PBS. Trained colleagues in video production. Developed and managed two activity kits, overseeing research, planning, and evaluation, including beta-testing. 

  • Educator, Brooklyn Historical Society (2017 – 2018)

Developed and led museum tours on NYC history for adults and students K-12. Led a historical research afterschool program with 4th-graders, culminating in a student-written book project.

  • Camp Educator, culinaryNYC, New York, NY (2017)

Designed and taught a culinary summer camp curriculum for high school students. Planned and organized field trips and visits from food industry guest speakers.
